A-1 Mobility Center has been serving Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties for six years. We offer a variety of products and services for those who have walking difficulties due to a variety of ailments and physical challenges. The A-1 Mobility Center showroom has the largest selection of mobility products in the metro area. We also represent many specialty manufacturers and can obtain products through their sales representatives.

We strive to be efficient and complete in recommending, selling, and delivering equipment, making sure at all times that the equipment fits our customers wants, needs and budget. We want to serve you our customer, before, during, and after the sale and for you to know that you have purchased a reliable product, from a company who cares.

Customer Care and Education
We pride ourselves in understanding your lifestyle, paying close attention to a detailed assessment of your needs and wants. You will receive the benefit of personalized service including a detailed needs analysis, in-home consultation, in-home trial use and ergonomic seating systems for postural correction, fatigue reduction or minimize pressure sensitivity. You will be more confident that a normal lifestyle is possible. Knowledge is critical in the analysis of mobility limitations. Our consultants educate owners and caregivers about mobility issues and related problem prevention.

Complete Service Department
A-1 Mobility Center offers a large inventory of first class service without excessive fees. We have a complete service department with two mobile service vans. Our factory trained service technicians can repair any problems you may have. We have an on-site full service department with many replacement parts. You are welcome to come and see us, but if coming to you is more convenient, we can do that as well.

Information Center
A-1 Mobility Center offers a vast resource network of products, equipment and other services, enabling us to incorporate new technologies to meet the changing needs of physicians, patients, and insurance providers. We provide in-services to physicians, healthcare professionals, and insurance providers, to assist in the decisions affecting mobility and lifestyle.

In-Home Consultation
We recognize that the most comfortable environment produces the most positive results; therefore, the in-home consultation is a critical part of the evaluation process. Seeing you in your own environment and obstacles you must overcome assists the Consultant in determining the most appropriate product recommendation. An in-home evaluation allows the convenience of privacy, to select the appropriate mobility product that will provide the highest level of independence and maximize abilities.

Insurance Coverage
Mobility products may be covered by insurance. It is always best to check with your carrier to find out what coverage you have. We provide you with Medicare forms to be completed by your Doctor and will be happy to bill your insurance carrier(s) for you.
